  • Post dinner, 2 glasses of lukewarm water, to aid digestion. Add mint leaves for taste. Peppermint aids digestion and helps in inducing sleep
  • Fast for 12 hours a day. A person needs to adhere to a 12-hour fasting window every day. The reason being, giving our digestive system, some rest, and our body some time to heal itself, repair itself. For example, a person could choose to fast between 6 p.m. and 6 a.m. They would need to finish their dinner before 6 p.m. and wait until 6 a.m. to eat breakfast but would be asleep for most of the time in between

9. Detox once a week. There are multiple procedures for detox. One of them is by using rock salt: Put 1 teaspoon of rock salt powder in 1 liter of water. Boil it; cool it until lukewarm. Consume it empty stomach, in the morning. It will flush of all toxins, and ease out motion. This should be followed by easily digestible breakfast
